We do really wonder about the methods of some software authors; they try to submit hundreds of different PAD file URL's, which all are redirected to the same unique one; they try to submit their PAD files in the name of different companies or authors, which all are redirected to the same unique download URL; there are even authors, which have scripts running "behind" the PAD file URL's, which set the publishing date of the PAD file always to the current date. After working on customizing the new system (Mosets Tree on Joomla) and migrating our data for the last weeks, today we set it into stable operation and switched to it. Beside the new layout first and foremost the more effective searching, the true internationalization and the full and true use of databases are the main advantages. |
